Shipping and Returns

Welcome to Apiana Blooms, where we handcraft each order with love and care. Here's a quick overview of our shipping process & return policy:

ORDER TURNAROUND

Your orders are carefully made in small batches, and we take pride in packing them swiftly and securely. We aim to ship within 2-5 business days of your order placement.

A Note about Wreaths: For those in the Salt Lake Valley area, our handmade seasonal wreaths are available for local delivery only.

SHIPPING DETAILS

Orders over $100 within the contiguous United States enjoy free shipping; otherwise, there's a flat rate of $10 per domestic order.

We do not currently ship internationally.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

The estimated delivery times provided at checkout are carrier estimates and exclude packing and processing times. As UPS and USPS don't guarantee ground delivery times, we can't either. Typically, deliveries within the contiguous United States take 3-7 business days. Please note that we cannot control shipments once they are received by the carrier.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Opting for expedited services? Add 2 business days to your expected delivery for packing and processing. While we can't ensure delivery times due to the third-party nature of shipping, we'll get it out to you as fast as possible.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, we'll send you an email with your tracking information.

A NOTE ON RESPONSIBILITY

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that a proper shipping address is provided when placing an order. Packages returned to Apiana Blooms due to an improper or incomplete address will be the responsibility of the customer and additional shipping expenses may be incurred for re-shipment. While we put great care into shipping, Apiana Blooms isn't responsible for lost or stolen packages post-shipment. If this unfortunate situation arises, please report it directly to the carrier.

RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY

At Apiana Blooms, our collection reflects our commitment to quality, beauty, ethical practices, and sustainability. We encourage you to mindfully review each product photograph and description, including essential details like measurements, before making a purchase for your home.

In our effort to be responsible stewards of the environment, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you find yourself less than delighted with your purchase, please reach out to apianablooms@gmail.com, and we'll strive to address your concerns. Our goal is to provide you with a satisfying shopping experience.

SALE + DISCOUNTED ITEMS

All items on sale or at a discounted price are considered final sale and do not qualify for refunds or exchanges.

DAMAGED or INCORRECT ITEMS

We encourage you to be aware that handmade items sometimes have slight variations of color, etc. Should your order arrive damaged or if you've received an incorrect item, kindly email us at apianablooms@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, attaching detailed photos of the damage or mistake.

Please note that Apiana Blooms cannot be held accountable for damages, delays, or additional charges incurred during shipping.

CHANGES TO ORDERS

While we can't always accommodate order revisions, if your order hasn't shipped, we're happy to consider any changes. Simply drop us an email at apianablooms@gmail.com, and we'll do our best to assist you.
